- Step 01
Assessment
Where do you stand, what sells today, where is revenue being lost? We look at your figures, your offer and how you present yourself.
- Step 02
Strategy workshop
Positioning, offer, pricing and channels are decided, not just discussed.
- Step 03
90-day plan
The decisions are turned into a plan with weekly goals, responsibilities and templates.
- Step 04
Sparring
Regular sessions in which we review progress, solve obstacles and adjust course.
Who is the business consulting for?
Business consulting is for owners whose business works but isn’t growing as much as it could. Typical situations: the offer has grown over the years and nobody can explain it in one sentence. Prices were never properly set but negotiated client by client. Marketing happens when there is time. Or the website doesn’t bring in enquiries and nobody knows exactly why.
If you would rather hand over implementation completely, our services in web design, software development or SEO are the more direct route.
What we work out together
Together we develop a growth playbook in four parts:
- Positioning: who you work for, what result you deliver, why you and not the competition.
- Offer and pricing: packages instead of individual line items, prices you can stand behind without discount debates.
- Channels: where your best customers come from and where more effort pays off.
- Content and SEO roadmap: which pages and content you need so that customers find you when they search.
This becomes the 90-day plan: weekly goals, responsibilities, templates.
Questions we start with
The assessment begins with questions that often get lost in day-to-day business:
- Which three customers from the last twelve months would you like to have ten times over, and what do they have in common?
- Which offer earns you the most per hour, and which the least?
- How do new customers find you today: referrals, Google, trade fairs, cold outreach?
- Where do prospects drop off before they become customers?
- What would change if you raised your prices by a fifth?
- Who in the team does the implementation, and how much time is realistically available for it?
The answers usually show quickly where the biggest lever is. The workshop builds on that. Often it isn’t in marketing but in the offer itself: too many variants, prices that are too low or a target group that is defined too broadly.
Why 90 days
90 days is long enough to achieve visible results and short enough to stay focused. An annual plan is overtaken by reality after three months. A 90-day plan forces you to set priorities: what brings the most, what can wait?
The weekly support makes sure the plan gets implemented. In every session we check what is done, what is stuck and what we adjust. After 90 days we look at the figures together and decide whether another plan makes sense or whether your team carries on alone.
How the consulting differs from slide decks
The consulting is practical. There is no 80-page presentation, but decisions, templates and checklists. We know many of the topics from our own work on websites, funnels and SEO for around 150 projects since 2018. That is why the workshops move quickly from the question “What do we want?” to “How do we implement it next week?”.
What the consulting costs
Consulting starts at €2,000. How much beyond that makes sense depends on how many workshops you need and how long the sparring should run. If artificial intelligence is part of your plans, the consulting can be combined with our AI consulting. For a first conversation about your situation: Book an intro call.
FAQ
Questions about Business consulting
Who is the consulting for?
For owners and small leadership teams who want to grow and take on the implementation themselves. If you would rather hand everything over, you are better served by our implementation work in web design, software or SEO.
How much does the consulting cost?
Consulting starts at €2,000. The scope depends on how many workshops you need and how long the sparring should run. After the intro call you receive a quote.
Does the consulting take place online or on site?
The consulting takes place online via video call.
What is the difference from SEO consulting?
SEO consulting focuses on visibility on Google. Business consulting starts earlier: with positioning, offer and pricing. SEO is one part of the roadmap there, not the whole thing.
Will I get a long strategy paper at the end?
No. You get a 90-day plan with priorities, templates and checklists that your team can work with the next day.
